There may be dental problems that you may not be aware of, and therefore at least every 6 months, do a dental check and if possible, do a good clean up as well. Limit Foods and Beverages That Are Not Teeth Friendly

However good brushing your teeth twice or thrice a day, you cannot entirely clean your teeth, brushing does help to clean most of the parts in your mouth.
